5th Year Anniversary of Wilmette Park District support for HotFutbol

Sara Hilby, Sports Supervisor for the Wilmette Parks District and stalwart champion of HotFutbol, encourages the hundreds of families who participate in the youth soccer program to donate uniforms and gear again this year. In addition to the invaluable donations that make it possible for the children of Park Izmery to participate this tradition of giving as encourage by Sara and the Park District is an amazing model of a community in action!

Dedicated volunteers collect, sort, and pack donations from the Park District for shipment to Haiti. Many thanks to Caroline Keating, Laura Philips, and Darci Tauke for their volunteerism.
