The country director Carlo Clervil has worked and lived in the Delmas 33 neighborhood for the past 10 years. An avid futbol player himself, Carlo is responsible for supervising staff and managing all the field programs and activities

The HotFutbol Staff includes coaches, administrative assistants, maintenance workers, cook, and gardener. They give their best for the children and help the community to prosper.
